Description

Support the team for day-to-day operation.
Preparation of advance expenses and control of petty cash.
Preparing for purchase request form to purchase the materials according to the site requirement.
Typing, compiling and preparing weekly reports, monthly reports and contracts within the specified deadlines.
Organizing files, documents and site photos.
To execute and complete administrative tasks.
Coordinate with the project and M&E maintenance team to update the sites conditions in the daily report and prepare the daily, weekly and monthly work schedules of projects and M&E maintenance.
Prepare and sending email to the clients for name lists and work schedules.
Ability to work extended hours.
