Job Description

• Provide 1st level onsite support and troubleshooting of the Network Services.
• Site survey and Install WAN, LAN and Wireless network services.
• Responsible for day-to-day operation of the User Network Support (Availability, Security, performance).
• Installing, configuring and maintaining network devices and programs including routers, switches, firewall.
• Perform operational tasks such as monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Monitor Network services to troubleshoot security issues and escalate any suspicious alerts.
• Backup configurations and consistency checks.
• Schedule based patching and updates.
• Generate system performance reports with statistics.
• Documentation and inventory of updates.
• Upkeeping with current trends of technology and news in the industry.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering or any other related certifications.
• Preferably certified network professional in Cisco, Comp TIA, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Peplink.
• 1-2 years of relevant experiences.
• Experience in managing helpdesk and support centers.
• Knowledgeable in network management tools and protocols.
• Knowledgeable in network hardware and technologies.
• Knowledgeable in ACLs, VLANs, etc…
• Knowledgeable in Site-to-Site VPN and Network Troubleshooting.
• Ability to communicate with different tiers of workforce.
• Ability to work in team environment to meet deadlines.
• Ability to travel on last minute notice and to work in shifts when necessary.
