•Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
•Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial risks.
•Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
•Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
•Lead and guide the finance team in daily operations.
•Liaise with external auditors, banks, and government authorities.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (at least 2 years in a managerial role).
•Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and ERP systems.
•Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
•Good communication in English and Myanmar.
