• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports
• Handle documentation related to purchasing, inventory, and stock movement
• Coordinate with warehouse, suppliers, and head office for admin matters
• Support HR admin tasks such as attendance records, staff documents, and leave tracking
• Assist in invoice checking, filing, and basic finance documentation
• Maintain proper filing (hard copy & soft copy) of store records
• Support store audits and compliance with company procedures
• Perform other admin duties assigned by the Store Manager
