Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced Data Management
Lead the extraction, transformation, and validation of large and complex financial datasets, ensuring accuracy, data integrity.
• Strategic Business Partnership
Collaborate with including Finance, Performance Management, and Leadership teams,
to identify business trends, evaluate performance drivers, and influence strategic decision-making.
• Analytical Model Development
Design, enhance, and maintain sophisticated data models and analytical frameworks that support enterprise reporting.
• Insight Leadership & Visualization
Develop high‑impact dashboards, reports, and visual analytics in Power BI that deliver clear narratives and actionable insights for executive‑level audiences.
• Process Optimization & Automation
Implement advanced automation solutions (VBA, Power Query, scripting, or other tools) to streamline data workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency across analytical processes.
• Quality Assurance & Best Practices
Champion best practices in data cleaning, validation, and analytical methodology while mentoring junior analysts in technical skills and analytical thinking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or a related field: Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics
• Proven experience as a Senior Data Analyst or similar analytical role, ideally within financial services or corporate finance environments.
• Understanding financial operations, performance analysis, forecasting methodologies, and enterprise reporting frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and dashboard development.
• Strong command of automation tools such as VBA, Power Query, scripting languages, or other workflow optimization tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage, transform, and validate large and complex datasets with high accuracy.
• Experience in mentoring or guiding junior analysts on analytical best practices and technical competencies.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to management and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Required Languages: English must be able to communicate both written and spoken.
