Description
Performing finance and administration activities at station/country.
This includes but is not limited to account payables (expenses/purchases), account receivables (revenue/sales collection), petty cash, funds repatriation, funds forecast, tax requirements (payment and submission), statutory requirement and obligations, payroll, and local staff leave records etc.Liaise closely with external i.e. bank, auditor, tax agent, government etc. and internal customers i.e. business units (BU) at station to ensure all financing matters are in in order and controlled.
Good understanding of budget control, ensure sufficient fund and liaise with BU Heads before spending.Ensure the compliance to local and corporate statutory filing and requirements.Act as a pro-active team member to ensure cordial work environment.
