Description
- Write job descriptions for needed positions.
- Creates a recruitment network on social media and other media (online job portal, journal, agencies, website)
- Management to recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interview, conducting reference checks and making jog offers.
- Arrange the Training Program internal and external.
- Implement the employee welfare program.
- Responsibility of compensation & benefit process.
- To solve the problems about the disciplines, warning and etc., for the employee who breaks the policies & procedures by coordinating with HR Manager.
- Overall Manage on HR functions.
- Report timeline to HR Manager and to assist HR Manager for the urgent matters.
Requirement
-Bachelor’s Degree in any graduated.
-Must have Diploma in Human Resource Management.
-Age between 30 – 40 years.
-At least (3) years experience in Recruitment, with at least (2) years in management role.
-Must have knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
