အစိုးရရုံးများနှင့် ဆက်သွယ်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
HR & Admin လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို သိရှိနားလည်တတ်ကျွမ်းပြီး မိမိလက်အောက်ရှိ ဝန်ထမ်းများအား ကြီးကြပ်ကွပ်ကဲ နိုင်ရမည်။
အလုပ်၏အခက်အခဲ pressure ခံနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Computer ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာအသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
စက်ရုံ HR ပိုင်းတွင် လုပ်ကိုင်ခဲ့ဖူးပါက ပိုမိုသင့်လျော်ပါသည်
