Job Description
 
• Develop business strategies to grow agribusiness and oversee the execution of strategies and tactical plans
• Provide product trials, technology, agronomic and product knowledge and training at meetings, field days, plots, and one-on-one with dealers with personal
• Identify new market opportunities and develop agribusiness strategies for market penetration and to increase for seed sales
• Assess sales territory coverage and make recommendations to optimize sales resource allocation
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts across Myanmar
• Drive growth in sales volumes, sales revenue and contribution margin in agribusiness
• Responsible for business planning and execution, sales, marketing and training of seed operation
 
Job Requirement
• +10-year track successful record of agribusiness –at sales, business development, business management, and supervision
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, problem solving and organizational skills
• Experience in developing agri business and customer segments
• Proven ability to assess agri- markets
• Key account management and proven sales skills
• Strategic mindset
• Marketing skills
