Responsibilities:
 
- Monitor and manage software errors, ensuring prompt reporting, tracking, and resolution.
- Generate error reports and work with teams to identify and fix issues to improve system reliability.
- Develop software solutions based on user feedback and requirements to improve user experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define software features, functionality, and improvements.
- Ensure the effective management of IT services, including software and application updates, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Maintain high levels of service delivery, ensuring all issues are managed promptly and efficiently.
- Provide ongoing customer support and manage complaint resolution, ensuring user satisfaction.
- Serve as the point of contact for technical issues, working to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Supervise daily operations and workflows to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Optimize team performance and processes to increase efficiency.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure projects align with business goals and user needs.
- Facilitate clear communication and coordination between teams to achieve successful project delivery.
- Ensure the continuous maintenance of software systems, performing updates and troubleshooting as necessary.
- Address technical issues and implement solutions for long-term system stability.
- Oversee app development projects, ensuring they meet user requirements, quality standards, and industry regulations.
- Monitor app performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary updates.
 
Person Requirement:
- Proven experience in the medical industry, specifically in IT or software development.
- Strong background in service management and customer support.
- Experience in app development and software maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical errors effectively.
- Ability to develop solutions based on user feedback and industry needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT management, with a focus on software development and customer support, preferably within the medical industry.
- Experience with service management frameworks and tools.
