Description
To report financial statements to Finance and Department Head by leading the related team and by monitoring the control systems to be accurate financial data and results.
• To provide periodically management reports (e.g. financial statements, performance analysis, projection reports, etc.)
• To submit the financial consolidation report to management within deadline
• To communicate with internal, external parties and government authorities
• To provide and present statutory reports to relevant authorities
• To review and check the reports presented by the related projects' senior account executives
• To provide aging reports for receivable, payable
• To monitor the systems, procedure, compliance orders
• To check and ensure that all transactions
• To guide and participate in budgeting processes
• To help to department head to establish standard operation procedure related to cash management and accounting
• To point out the financial results of material operation transactions to relevant operation teams need to handle related activities
• Assist to prepare BODs presentation for BODs meeting and shareholders meeting
• Help department head to set and monitor the debtor and creditor management system for relevant business units
• Help department head to do performance appraisal to individuals and departments
• Participate in implementation the accounting and operation software system
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Finance or related degree
• CPA or ACCA Part-2
• 3 to 5 years’ experiences with Finance Manager or Chief Accountant
• Experience in Budgetary System and Analysis Process
• Strong knowledges in Taxation
• Proficient in Advanced Excel and Accounting Software - MYOB
• Have good presentation skill
• Ability to work under pressure with deadline
• Ability to classify and to manage priorities
