Description
- Managing the sales team of assigned territory through providing training and overall guidance.
- Monitoring the sales performance and developing monthly sales growth.
- Leading the sales team and collaborate to ensure meeting monthly sales targets.
- Set out reasonable sales target and review the achievement of sales target to ensure contribution to sales objective.
- Developing and implementation sales and marketing plans to drive sales growth.
- Developing and building sustainable good relationships with customers.
- Analysing market trends and competitor’s activities to ensure developing marketing strategies and provide marketing activities.
Person Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with any subject.
- Age of above over 28-year-old.
- Minimum 3+ year in pharmaceutical marketing fields with management role.
- Have to hold any certification about sales & marketing.
- Good management skills and leadership skills.
- Excellent reporting skill and interpersonal skills.
