Souvenir Sales Associate
Duties:
1. Greets customers and determines what each customer wants or needs.
2. Provide friendly and attentive customer service.and ensure customers to have a memorable shopping experience.
3. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of souvenir items and offer knowledgeable recommendations to customers based on their interests and preferences.
4. Monitor inventory levels of stocks. Restock and inform management of low stock levels.
6. Proactively promote souvenir items along with the other products available in the shop to increase revenue.
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure excellent service delivery.
6. Keep the display, associated workspaces clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Qualifications:
1. Prior experience in souvenir retail, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
2. Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating positive interactions with customers.
3. Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse groups of people.
4. Ability to work a flexible schedule
5. To be assigned to our shop located at Mandalay International Airport.
6. Female candidates are preferred for this position.
