• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of HR experience (HR Manager level preferred)
• Age preferred above 35 years.
• Experience in JD/JS preparation, SOP writing, and KPI implementation
• Good knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law and HR practices
• Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and HR reporting tools
