Job Requirements

- Any Graduated, Diploma in Human Resources Management
- Age (40 ~ 48)
- Must have 5 years working experiences in HR Manager Position, more prefer construction background
- Handling the monthly attendance and payroll process
- Manage the recruitment and selection process- Planning, organizing and controlling the activities and action of HR Department

- In-depth knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law, HR rules and regulations, procedures and functions

- Good positive attitude & ability to communicate effectively

- Excellence in Management Skills and reporting skills- Report to Managing Director and Director
