Junior Desktop Support (JA)
Job Description:
• To provide on-site support for Desktop hardware, applications, Emails, printers, and other related issues.
• To perform Hardware/Software installation, Uninstallation, Configuration, Technical support, and Troubleshooting
• Problem solving and service request management.
• Domain AD user support.
• Network cabling, Termination, IP configuration, Network sharing (Files and Printers).
• Roll out service for on-site support (must be able to travel).
• Must have experience in office365 end users’ support.
• Able to work collaboratively with team members.
Requirements:
• An associate degree in computer science or related field.
• Must have creative thinking, problem solving and strong communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years in related IT experience.
• Knowledge of server and network
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
