- Construction Site များမှတောင်းခံလာသည့် ပစ္စည်းများ (စက်သုံးဆီ/ယာဉ်ယန္တရား-မော်တော်ကား၊ ဆိုင်ကယ် ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း) အား အချိန််နှင့်တပြေးညီ ပြီးစီးအောင်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
- ပစ္စည်းများတင်ပို့သည့်အခါ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ site/ဌာနများနှင့် ကောင်းမွန်စွာချိတ်ဆက်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
- ကားငှားရမ်းခြင်း (၆ ဘီး၊ ၁၀ ဘီး၊ ၁၂ ဘီး၊ တွဲကား၊ Dump၊ Back hole) နှင့် Construction ပစ္စည်းများအကြောင်း အသင့်အတင့် သိရှိ နားလည်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- တက္ကသိုလ် ဘွဲ့ရဖြစ်ရမည်
- အသက် (၃၀) နှစ် နှင့် အထက်ဖြစ်ရမည်
- သက်ဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၃) နှစ်ရှိရမည်
