- HR Certificate/ Diploma
- သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Recruiting လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံအနည်းဆုံး (၁) နှစ် နှင့် အထက်ရှိရမည်

- CV screening, interview process အား ကောင်းစွာ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်
